Welcome to my website. Included here is a portfolio of some of my own photographs My interest focuses on the city, and the delicate balance between the built environment which structures it, and the people who inhabit it. London has provided me with the fabric with which I can both encounter and observe city life, involving both the people who live there to the buildings that form it.
Architecture is my passion and my photography reveals what I observe in buildings that interest and fascinate me. In addition, the process of photographing people is one of the most challenging, whether shooting candidly in the street, or more thoughtfully in the studio; tiny aspects of movement and expression caught in a single exposure can change the impact of an image in an instant. A strong acknowledgement of light and observation is important in my photography in a way which, I hope, characterises my work.
